Consider a Friday wedding! Each year more and more couples are selecting Friday evenings for their wedding instead of Saturdays. Friday evenings work very well for guests as well as for booking reception venues, churches, caterers, and photographers. There is less competition, prices can be lower, and your guests get an extra day to relax after the wedding before heading back to work. Although Friday weddings work well at any time of year, they work especially well during the summer months when daylight lasts long enough to have a beautiful evening wedding with plenty of time to spare.
